I play multiple generations, too, but I have never had the reaper continuously reap the passing sim. 😥😪 That's terrible. Do the related Sims ever get a chance to recover after 48 hours?
When I get the message it repeats until I visit the residence of the dying Sim. Then the reaper shows up, and the sim passes away. I don't like playing with supernatural sims, so I usually go back to play the household of the sim that passed away and have a family member release the sim's spirit so the sim doesn't haunt the family. For my saved game if there's only one sim in the household the message goes away when I delete their inventory. For me, visiting the residence of the dying sim stops the messages from repeating after clicking move to current household.
