Every game day, my sim gets a notification that the same sim (her son) has died. He does not show as dead on the family tree, but she still gets the mourning moodlet every time and it starts the grieving process over. This has happened the past six in-game days.
Did you ever figure out how to fix it? Same thing is happening to me and it’s so annoying
