I saw another report for this bug from a few months ago but it looked closed.
This isn't game-breaking but it's annoying as heck. This screenshot is from when I tried to have an AOBE to reverse it but it still reads Apparition Hydration. I even ate mermaid kelp to turn myself to a human and back to a mermaid but it's the same
