Hey so I don't know if anyone else had discovered this fix but this bug was actually ruining my game. Fixed it on accident.
Sim A had this bug attached to her after exploring the catacombs. She wasn't even at an angry moodlet when she "died" but kept getting the angry death buff roughly every 4 in game hours.
I move Sim A into a new residence. Then move Sim B into that residence. Bug persists.
I move Sim A back into old residence and play as Sim B in the new residence for about a week. I switch back to Sim A in old residence and I have not had that moodlet return for her since. Maybe just move them around a little and play outside of that household for a few days.
