Or even started. A trip to a gym after a full jogging session had my sim autonomously do situps after a shower, which gave a Just Started result on the Work Out task, which she completed with a session on an exercise machine. This is the first time I've done the Undertaker career, so don't know if this is a recent bug, but in the past for other careers, every other work out task could be completed by jogging or using gym equipment.
