I am having the same issue. With the 7/10/25 update, I can now drag items to the trashcans and sinks again, but I still cannot drag laundry into laundry bins anymore. Also, whenever my sims change clothes, the clothes will automatically drop to the floor instead of going in the laundry bins.
sounds different. Can you move the laundry from the basket to the machine ?
Did you check if the laundry bins aren't full ?
