I had this issue too but was able to fix it by not putting the machines and hamper to close to the wall, especially if they are stacked. The machines snap close to the wall when placeing, just drag them away from the wall a bit and see if it helps. No clue why but this helped me. Sometimes the hampers are the culprit too and replaycing them with a different kind sometimes also helps.
