Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
- What happens if you try to upgrade ? Do you have any tool tip when hovering over the option ?
- There's multiple open issues for washing not working. What message do you get here when you hover over the option ?
