LovelyGelina Try a clean folder again, just because it's simple and might happen to work.
If that doesn't help, try playing in a new admin Windows account. Make it local, as in, don't link it to your Microsoft account or any email address. You'll be able to (try to) play without reinstalling anything. Local means no connection to OneDrive.
