I have the same issue. The only pack I don't own is "Royalty & Legacy". My family tree is completely messed up. I don't normally use mods, but I tried to use MCCC to fix the relationship issues, it did not work. Current version 1.122.218.1030 DX11

The three sims in the red circle are meant to be full siblings. I have no idea who those "unknown" sims are and what their business is  😂

EA changes the  Family bits as well, you cannot fix family relationships with MCCC no more.
