Same it's overlapping for me as well. Also, I realised some of the family relationship has completely disappeared. For example, aunt and nephew/niece as well as cousin. I mean I didn't add the relationship via MCCC. It was done via cas mode, as in I created a pair of sisters first, and each sister has a daughter, so basically the two daughters are cousins, and I removed the sister pairs immediately, and clicked play, so basically the two daughters are still cousins, but werent connected by the family tree, coz the family tree before the newest update only included immediate family (parents and siblings), direct ancestors and descendants. However, the familial relationship between the two cousins were completely removed after I updated my game. Hence, I wanna seek for a way to edit the new family tree via mods if possible.
so it makes me feel like the new family tree can only tolerate one unknown connection in the family tree. For examples, siblings without parents in game, grandparents and grandchild without the parent generation in the middle
