Library/Gallery not saving

Please follow these steps to test  your game on vanilla game with no mods/cc

Test on the fresh folder with a random Sim to see if they upload to your library. Your tray folder should be empty as well so you can check if anything was added to it after you uploaded something.

If not, it could be an issue of your security software blocking the folder.

It happens the same to me. It happens with mods/cc and without mods/cc, I don't use cc for building only for cas and a very few mods. I play on PC and I don't get any error messages, It only says that is uploaded in the library/gallery but when you go to see it's not there, It's been happening for a while. It happens always in the library and sometimes in the gallery. The main problem is the library that literally never works. 

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
• What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
• Do you get any error messages ?
• If you use cc, have you checked include custom content ?
