Likes/Dislikes: 'Dancing is in My Bones' for Dance Video Workout

My sim just got a Dancing is in My Bones preference alert while working out to a Plumboomba Dance Video, but has no dance skill at all.

If that preference is going to be awarded for a dance video workout, then some dance skill should also be given for working out to a dance video.
