[LLQE] Curse from Antique Jeweled Ring keeps coming back

I had this happen today. The moodlet won't stay away no matter what I do. Even when I get it to be removed, if I leave the game and come back to the save, it reapplies itself, like it's stuck to the sim itself. I had put the ring on two different sims in this same family, and one of them is having this bug where the moodlet keeps coming back, and the other sim hasn't had the moodlet once. I was so confused at first because I thought it was another ring causing it. Removing the ring from outfits doesn't help, the moodlet still returns. Completing the aspiration doesn't help, the moodlet returns. The reason why I say I feel like the issue is stuck with the sim itself is because when I tried to remake the family brand new from the save I had in my gallery, the cursed still applied, even though technically this sim had never actually worn the ring.
