This happened to me as well, but not creating a date through cupids corner. Even just clicking on the Sim in my relationship panel or under the 'social' phone category. I will say, this happened when I tried to create the date with Emit Relevart from the event and didn't happen when I reloaded after and tried to create the date with a different sim that was just randomly in the world.
I was just trying to create a date with Emit and the menu popped up as a blank dinner party event? Did you find a solution yet?
