[LS] Cupid’s Corner: Can’t save matches/Previously saved ones disappear

It feels as though save itself is somehow triggering the issue because once when I pulled cupid corner up (the time it broke) it let me save the first sim I clicked on but not the second. I click on save on both of them before opening the save tab where only the first sim was listed. From there on when I open the matches *sometimes auto refresh (are not saved from last opened) and the saved tab is always blank/unpopulated.

2 months later and the problem is still existing. Thats an issue

Everytime I open cupids corner all of my saved matches disappear and many times they won't save at all. This happens across saves and even after a restart.

Any update on this issue?  I have one specific sim who cannot save matches.  Other sims in her household can.  Other sims in other households can.  I split household and moved her and she still cannot save matches.  She can refresh matches and click save but the saved tab says no saved matches.  Been going on for weeks.  Disabled mods, repaired game, nothing works.

Same issue, saved sims in Cupid's Corner tend to quickly disappear from the panel, and there are sims I can't add at all (+1 symbol appears but sim isn't actually added to the saved profiles). I don't use mods or CC.

I'm also having this issue. I also had the bug where sims would disappear from the saved tab so that could be linked to the problem. 

I have the same problem on xbox, but it’s only happening to one person in my household! Before this happened, I was able to fix it by deleting a saved contact, but eventually all my saved contacts disappeared so now it doesn’t work at all. I traveled to a different lot to see if it was just the lot I was being an issue, but I opened the app and I seen a saved contact from the other person in my household. I deleted it and I was able to save a match, but I can only see one. 

Is there a solution to this? I'm running into the same issue. It's kind of frustrating to pay for this expansion and not have such a key feature functioning. 

I am unable to save any matches in Cupid's Corner as of the most recent update.  I turned off allow gallery sims to be able to refresh the matches, but it will not allow me to save any. 

Same here. It was still kind of working for me until a few days ago (it was still a bit buggy - sometimes I'd have to save it twice). Now there is nobody showing up in my saves, but it's still doing the little icon + alert like it has been saved. I never had reached my limit of saves. The most I had was 3, now nobody is showing up.
