I had this issue with and without Lovestruck.
Without lovestruck it was in CAS making a family, the second female or male got a opposite gender voice. Nothing working to chance it so had to carefully save one by one into the library. I played that game with mods, MC, UI, better build, XML and a bunch of cooking mods. It got so annoying that I removed all the mods which seem to resolved the issue.
When I did get Lovestruck without any mods installed,,,,, Indeed I also have a very much male that flips voice into fem from the cupids corner 💀 Reset debug, going back into cas edit and saving doesn't work. Welcome back MC commands mod, unfortunately I still have to clear voice settings every time restarting the game. It doesn't save the settings.
