[LS] Played Sims satisfaction changing when not active household

I originally thought this bug was fixed in  1.116.202/2.14 because of this bug's description saying a symptom of the relationship decay outside of your active household was from the fear of being alo...

Adding my voice again—this needs more attention, as I think the Sims team doesn't realise there is also a problem with romantic satisfaction decay. The latest "fix" was just about romantic decay.
