[LS] Played Sims satisfaction changing when not active household
I originally thought this bug was fixed in 1.116.202/2.14 because of this bug's description saying a symptom of the relationship decay outside of your active household was from the fear of being alone, however after updating I can see that this is still an issue.

How often does the bug occur? Every time
What is your current game version number? 1.116.240.1020 DX11
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All EP's, All GP's but Journey to Batuu, All Stuff Packs but perfect patio and luxury party.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Rotate playing through played sims households who already have romantic satisfaction a few days at a time
What happens when the bug occurs? Romantic satisfaction of played sims households and unplayed households decays despite not being actively played
What do you expect to see? When playing rotationally, I expect the satisfaction of sims outside of my active family to stay in place unless sims perform negative interactions while loaded onto a lot I'm playing on or experiencing romance or friendship changes via neighborhood stories.
Like how other things work in the game, like promotions or being paid, I don't expect these things to change unless I get a prompt, neighborhood stories, sims being loaded on an active lot, through a call, or through a pop-up.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes, but I removed them and am still experiencing this issue.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Happened from the beginning of Lovestruck's launch
It was previously reported in AHQ but I do not see an open bug report for it here so I am creating a new one. Unlike some folks, I enjoy the challenge that Lovestruck's romantic satisfaction gives, but this oversight takes the fun out of rotational play and I wouldn't recommend others who play with more than one active household purchase Lovestruck until this is addressed since there is no way to turn off the satisfaction feature.
