Could you please provide the following information

Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
Were you playing the family when this happened or is this for rotational gameplay ?

We don’t use mods or any CC and we’re playing on PC. It was while we were playing the family we made when it happened.
