[LS] sim flirting with stranger when Attraction is disabled

In the first photo you can see that it says my sim cheated. He had no association with the bartender prior to this and now you can see her in his romantic relationship panel. I double checked and his Attraction was disabled as I am very careful to try and avoid these problems. I briefly enabled it long enough to take this screenshot so that I could highlight the option and capture the verbiage of the tooltip. Since he did not know the bartender he did not have a romantic relationship with her to start. And with the Attraction disabled, he should not have had any attraction to flirt with her or make a flirty introduction. This much is plain but it STILL happened, causing his fiancé to be furious and it tanked their relationship and made it strained. She has angry moodlets and he has none as far as shamed or embarrassed or anything. It's like nothing happened on his end. SERIOUSLY??? How are sims supposed to learn from anything if they don't know that they did something wrong. Now, even though I have taken all of the precautions that I can trait-wise and by keeping Attraction disabled, this happens and I have a mess to clean up again or load my last save. Either way a complete waste of my time when it should not have happened.  Please look into all of the romance/relationship problems plaguing the game before putting out more expansions and such. This kind of stuff is really ruining the game for me.

I have all packs except Fairy and using only one mod UI Cheats Extension. Everything fully up to date.
