Experiencing this now. I moved a Cupid Corner sim into a house and changed her look. Whenever I go to CAS or hover the household in the neighborhood, she looks like how I edited her. In live mode though she is has her old look in the relationship tab and when she comes over. I've asked her to show other outfits and they are all still the original.
I had no mods and most packs except the newest expac.
