I edited a sim in CAS changing hair and clothes yet sim keeps going back to old clothes and hair that they started with. They are in my household and I go back to CAS to fix it and it shows the new hair and clothes, but when I hit the checkmark and go back to the game they are not the same as CAS shows, they are still in their old hair and clothes.
did you get the Sim through the gallery/Cupid's Corner ?
Yes from cupids corner and they joined my household.
