[LS] Sim from Cupid's Corner Gallery won't change after CAS edit

I added a created sims from the Cupid’s app to my family household ,then I changed his outfits;but every time I leave my home lot; they change back into whatever they had on before. Not only this but all the male sims my sim have met on cupid corner the voices are higher and feminine. When you go into cas to change it , it doesn't show that the voice is high its at a male octave. When you go back to live mode its back to feminine. The photos I have attached is when my sims was at the rec center in san sequoia. This is when I noticed he changed back to before his makeover I was confused. So I sent him back home but then he didn't change back to his makeover. So I went into cas and he was made over again. When I loaded back to live mode he was still made over. I had my male sim leave the home lot again and he went to his pre makeover self again. So currently my sim cant leave the house without changing.
