For anyone having the problem where your toddlers will age up with strange makeup on but when you try to go into to cas with full edit mode the button is still greyed out, I found a way to work around it by clicking on the pre-styled outfits button. It gets rid of the make up and after that you can style your toddlers outfit however you like. It may not be a definite fix but it's they only solution I've tried that works. Hope this helps!
