Makeup section grayed out for toddlers

Like the title states, after the latest update the makeup section is grayed out for toddlers only. It wasn’t like this prior to the latest update.

I use mods and cc and the makeup section is how I apply eyes, eyelashes, and natural lip colors to my toddler sims. All of my mods have been updated for the latest patch.

Anyone else have this issue? If so, how did you fix it?

The pictures below showcase the makeup section not working for toddlers but working just fine for infants.

You used to be able to put make up on them, i.e, the face sunscreen. It wasn't a mod that provided the option :) The option has been missing for quite awhile now though and if you don't use it I can see how you'd miss it being broken for so long. Similar to how the Vampire and spell caster eye details were broken for almost a year (maybe more) and was recently finally fixed

Haven't played with toddlers in a few months, so I don't know which update caused this, but yeah.. me too, annoyingly. I can't access any of my custom eyes. It's sad this is still an issue, along with so many other bugs.

  • I'm currently doing a legacy challenge and it's so frustrating when I update toddlers!!! They constantly have on CC makeup that I can't remove, unless I spend 5x longer than normal randomizing until it goes away. Anyone know if this is getting fixed soon?

  • I have the same issue, I play on console, I don't know since when this started because I'm mostly a builder in the game and don't usually create sims, but today I created a family and I noticed that the makeup section isn't available for children, just the face paint is accessible. As I can see, it seems that this issue has persisted for months according to the date this thread was made. I hope they do fix it.

  • This is still an issue so I am commenting to add my voice to the call for a fix. Went to test some CC eyelashes on a toddler, and - nope, no make up option!
