Map won't load

Which world are you playing in ? Does it work if you start a new save for testing ?

Do you have any LastException/LastUIException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

- Delete the ones you have
- Trigger the error again
- Check if new ones are created
- If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting. 

I was playing in Taratosa. I just tried a new save and that seemed to work. I'm not sure if it made a difference but I had the new save start in Forgotten Hollow. 

This is the error that popped up when I tried to load into the map.

Would you be willing to share your save with me ?

If so, please zip your saves folder and upload it somewhere like dropbox, googledrive or OneDrive and PM me the link.

This is the same error the penthouse/R-rental issue throws. Given that Taratosa doesn't have any penthouses, that indicates something else is going on too.

Did you build any residential rentals in Taratosa ?

ah! The rentals - How didn't I think about that!?

That's most likely what's happening - I completely forgot that was a thing since mine had been working just fine! I've been playing w/ my sim as a landlord, and I have rentals in Britechester, Copperdale, and Newcrest. I don't think I have any in Taratosa.

Thanks. Checked your save and also can't laod anything

Going to merge your save with the penthouse white screen issue as your save throws the same exception.

Bit odd though that you have the issue in Taratosa.

I've forwarded your save to a CM.

I Realized earlier that I had the lot wrong. It is in ciudad endamorda.. it had been so long since i had tried to leave the lot that i confused the two. so sorry! i meant to update that earlier. 

This is also happening to me but I play with mods and it was fine 2 days ago and now it won't let me travel either
