so uh not sure if this is cc or not but when my sim becomes pregnant the next day she has a miscarriage and gets stuck in a loop of non-stop miscarriages

Check Broken & Updated Mods & CC for mods you need to update. You may also need to load an earlier version of your save from before a current pregnancy.
