Mixologist behind bar, but not tending it, unavailable for orders

The mixologist bug is not fixed contrary to what forum is saying. They can't be clicked to serve drink, but only to talk with them. As well as the bar. The bug is occuring in the cocktail bar of Oasi...

Seriously, it's not our job to do a lot of tech research instead of PLAYING what is supposed to be a GAME which brings FUN to us. The bartender are still not working. Listen to the players, and fix your game instead of denying the veracity of our bug reports. An in-game bug report button would be a plus (with an instand loading of our saves in your files). The option to order a drink is wether inexistant or greyed.

Frantztztz If you insist on making bug reports on modded games, then they are not accepted. That's all there's to it. MCCC is a HUGE mod, please remove it.

LarbonLardon which symptoms are you seeing exactly ? Seems there's different issues reported now. Voting is closed to make sure people test on vanilla and provide info instead of just upvoting. Once all info is posted, the thread will be changed so you can vote. At this point, it's unclear what's going on.

Different bar tender issues

Bar tenders standing around/running off/not behind bar --> Old issue, probably has another thread somewhere
Sims resetting at bar when getting drinks --> Old issue, probably has another active thread
Options to order not on bar or bartender/bartender just doing idle interactions --> Fixed issue. Reported in OP. Please test without mods/cc if you still see this
Bartender just in a loop after you ordered a drink: Sounds partly different from the fixed issue. Please make sure to remove mods.

EDIT: If you continue to have issues on a fresh user folder/new game, please list your packs.

It's not because the bug is not hapenning to you that it's not happening to other people. I had it on live stream. A lot of people confirmed to have this bug without any mods. It's no wonder nobody wants to do bug reports anymore since we are not listened.

  It's not that we're not listened... Someone with power decreed that this bug was fixed and that it was players' fault (with AND without mods, on old AND new games) because "it works fine" for them , so there's no bug 🙄

  That's not what I'm saying. I'm aware that not all bugs are happening on for everyone but if you report something, you need to test it on a vanilla game.
  
  I'm also not saying there's no issues but people in this thread seem to have different issues actually.
  
  If it really wasn't fixed at all, believe me, there would be a lot more threads/post here.

    I just updated the game, so I uninstalled my mods and I'm playing vanilla. I just experienced the bartender bug where I can't order drinks. I tested it in 5 different bars and the bug only appeared in one. So it's not automatic, but it exists, it's definitely real!

When I search for bartender on the forum, I find no "old" subjects that is not tag as fixed. That's why I created this one.

this is NOT fixed for me at all, it is even worse. I am on console so I don’t have mods or anything. Resetting sim does not work either.
