Mixologist behind bar, but not tending it, unavailable for orders

The mixologist bug is not fixed contrary to what forum is saying. They can't be clicked to serve drink, but only to talk with them. As well as the bar. The bug is occuring in the cocktail bar of Oasi...

Brand new save on PC, no mods. Happens at any public bar/lounge. Mixologist just performs bar tricks incessantly. Unable to bring up any ordering options on bar or Sim until the tricks are over. The tricks take a really long time... and then they are queued right back up again.
