Mixologist behind bar, but not tending it, unavailable for orders

still happens in my games even after the November and December update.

The bartender do not play tricks for as long as before (would not stop previously so I had to reset), but it takes a couple of sim hours before I can order, and you have to be quick to order when they do tend the bar, otherwise they will get right back to it. 

I wonder if NPC sims ordering drinks interrupt the play tricks, as it seems they more often can get drinks
