Also a few questions:

• Does it only happen with ghosts or regular Sims as well ?
• Which scenario are you playing and does it happen on a save with no active scenario as well ?

happens no matter the sim type. It's been ongoing in my game for a year now, cleaned my folder before and it still happened. I noticed recently that the bottle does show back up but is a weird purple and green type color and doesn't look like a mixing bottle, but then it disappears again then causes some type of death in my game lol. I don't have any forever worlds either. I always play on a new save file so for this to be a recurrent thing on every single save file is a bug on the games end. I've done a clean reinstall of my game and packs, as well as repairing my games and playing without mods. At this point there's no more troubleshooting I can do on my end. 

what do you mean by forever worlds ?

What graphics settings are you playing on ?

Direct x 11. I let the game default to what my pc can handle which is all in all the highest settings since I have a hefty PC. 

and forever worlds are save files people have been working on for a long time. I’m saying that I do NOT have one and usually always start a new save file when I play. And am letting you know that it’s corrupted in all my save files. 

Is this the only invisible thing in your game ? 

It's working fine for me so not sure what's going on if it's not the graphics settings

Do you have any mods/cc that's not in your mods folder ? Gshade or reshade ? Something that changed the game files itself ?m
