Mortified Plumbob not flashing

I saw the yellow color not flashing unlike the other two, Hysterical and Enraged. Could you please fix this issue?

    Could you please provide the following information

    -  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
    -  What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
