Most played house won't show full lot

My most played Sims house in Oasis Springs is stuck with just the outside view. This happened immediately after this update. I can only see the outside of the housed the I can only toggle to higher floor from the roof. My sims can only interact with outside objects. They are all in University and also don't have their homework notebooks in their inventories.

 

I can't play until these bugs are fixed.

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
    • Any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.

    I don't have an cc's or mods downloaded. It's just the base game and a couple of expansion pack

    I don't even know what a last exception/lastcrash is so I don't think that's the problem.

    I'm still waiting for a response here. The bug is not fixed. What should I do?
