I’ve managed to reproduce this bug simply by
- Having an infant
- Hiring a nanny
- Traveling out of the lot
- Returning home
Upon return, the original nanny will still be on the lot, and a second nanny will spawn, with the “Hello!” notification and all. Both will need dismissing and will charge the household.I suddenly also have this bug.
Another nanny might also spawn after re-opening the game.
