[MWS] Blank/Blue Wedding Event Planning Screen - Unknown cause

Installed Life and Death pack and now Wedding Story doesn't work. When I go to calendar and click add wedding event it's blank page. Tried on two different saves, families, new games. I play on PC ...

Tried this on few households. I spotted this when playing with sims created by me.
Didn't work for 2 created sims, my sim and NPC, same for my sim and special sim. Started new game, played old save - same isssue.

Thanks for testing. Put this on Review for Maxis to look into it further.

It works fine in my game so I can't duplicate.
