[MWS] Tattoos/Body Hair/Medical wearables and skins paint on dresses

The off the shoulders wedding dress from "My Wedding stories" pack is see through on my sim. It may be because my sim is pregnant that it shows like this, because this bug didn't happen when I tried ...

I have been having this issue for over 5 months, a large majority of the Wedding dresses are bugged in game and the UI is completely off. They appear discolored and blocky, in white and black, all version of the dresses. The CAS objects do not appear correctly in game and are unusable.

Does your Sim have any Tattoos or body hair ?

I also have this same issue, my sim does not have any tattoos or body hair.
