'My Favorites' Not Loading Properly

When I open my Favorites section in the Sims 4 Gallery, it only displays up to 25 items, even though I have favorited significantly more than that. The additional items beyond the 25 are not visible,...

For some reason, anytime I favorite something on the gallery. It doesn’t work properly. It doesn’t show all of my favorites along with not displaying them correctly as well.

My gallery won't load any of my liked sims and only shows half of the lots I've liked. I've logged out my account and logged it, I've checked my mods, I've reinstalled, and I've repaired through Origin. I can't think of anything else to do.
