My saved game got deleted, cant even get in the game

When i joined I saw that my data was deleted and it said new game instead of resume. I checked load game nothing. I tried to create a character and i pressed play , it loaded about an hour until I gave up and closed it. Please help and vote this so someone can fix it because I cant even go to the game.
