Every now and then, approximatively 1 to 3 times a sim-day, my sim stops everything to throw up. No specific moodlet, no sickness, just run to vomit like it was nothing ...
No mods, new add on installed and quite a outdoorsy life style even if eating cooked meal and sleeping in bead for a sim week didn't change nothing.

Does you Sim have an ailment? It's a side effect for some (or maybe all) ailment.
Did yes, but not anymore and the vomiting does not really stops.
Just ha a peak at 3 vomits in a row without it.
Hmm, my Sim has been throwing up, but he still has an ailment. Let's see whether it stops after the three days...
Did you check the simology panel if he maybe has a new one. They are quite frequent.
After disactivating the features and checking there were no ailment anymore the throw up stopped, but I still had it between two actives ailments when the feature was still active.
At least the frequency of the ailment is too high, for a werewolf with hungry trait, each craving moodlet balance you off and open the door to ailment immediately. And with the possibility of 3 vomits in a row due to said ailments (extraordinary high ratio), at least it does not accelerate the hunger XD
So let's say it's "normal" to vomit, there is a problem of recurrence at least...

It's the ailments. They're the moodlet you get several times a day which right now is ruining this pack. There's a holistic cure you can buy which completely replenishes your needs and removes the ailment, but it's only usable once a day. It makes these ailment that show up multiple times a day very frustrating.
