- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do. Please pick a thread tag for that.
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
- Does just the Sims freeze or the time too ?
- Does it happen on all households ?
- Does it happen on a new save ?
