Nannys are VERY buggy

I hired a Nanny and she froze and then started floating through the walls and out into the street still completely frozen until she hit the property boundary. Whenever I hire a nanny all the animations repeat or reverse themselves too, making it look like everyone is just teleporting around. And her appearance would change constantly, her braids would glitch out and then stay stuck in a certain way and wouldn't stay attached to her head.
