Natures Calling Event bugged (Xbox)

Playing sims 4 on Xbox and the Natures Calling Event has bugged so I can’t claim any rewards. It comes up with an error saying ‘online connection is required: please go online to save your Event progress and receive rewards.’

I am online, so I’m at a loss but now I’ve learnt that this bug also means I can’t complete ‘symphony of serenity’ because I can’t claim the rewards needed to “build the reclaimed wood table” or “sleep with the nature soundscapes radio station in the same room”.

If anyone knows of any fixes, please comment below. Xbox and game have already been restarted/shut down and booted back up and all updates installed. Individually clicking the reward and pressed ‘Y’ to bulk claim all came with same error.

    I play Xbox completed everything and it gives me the same message, I checked and am online, also shut down entire system and restarted entered sims again and still can’t claim my points. As far as sleeping with soundscape put them to sleep twice before getting to the bed. They will wake up and go right back to sleep it will complete that portion of listening. You they normally will automatically wake up with the radio. So keep insisting your sim go back to sleep various times until you fulfill the quest then remove the radio from sleeping area.
