Playing sims 4 on Xbox and the Natures Calling Event has bugged so I can’t claim any rewards. It comes up with an error saying ‘online connection is required: please go online to save your Event progress and receive rewards.’
I am online, so I’m at a loss but now I’ve learnt that this bug also means I can’t complete ‘symphony of serenity’ because I can’t claim the rewards needed to “build the reclaimed wood table” or “sleep with the nature soundscapes radio station in the same room”.
If anyone knows of any fixes, please comment below. Xbox and game have already been restarted/shut down and booted back up and all updates installed. Individually clicking the reward and pressed ‘Y’ to bulk claim all came with same error.
