Some people claim that it's normal for a Sim not to be able to relieve themselves automatically when you click Auto-Solve. I have to disagree with that, because it works with the other, larger outhouses that you find in parks, etc. I tested each. The only one I found that does not work either is the outhouse that came with "Horse Ranch." Maybe this small (event) one was a reuse from the Horse Ranch outhouse since auto-solve does not work for it either. I just wanted to mention that here as well.
