I've been playing the Nature's Calling event since it started and wasn't having any issues for the first few days. I was able to complete events and claim the rewards. Until now. A number of the rewards I've unlocked I am not able to claim and just show "wwwwww" on the button to claim the reward. And the "claim all" button is grayed out as if I have already claimed those rewards.

I also have repaired the game and it made no difference. I have a number of packs downloaded, but no mods.

Try the following
- Close the game
- Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
- Repair the game
- Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry.
- Start a new save game
- Check if you still have the error
- Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.

For me it says I have completed the event, but it won't let me claim the last 3 rewards. When I click on them, it says they are still locked.
Do you have the same www on yours ? Do you have enough points for them ?
