[NCQE] Did not receive Collectible Plaque

Now that the event has been extended until September, is there any chance we can get this fixed while the event is still running? I would like to get my plaque without going on the gallery, if possible, and obviously there are a decent number of people who are having this issue.

I want to get my plaque without going to the gallery, too. Because when I get it from the mail, there is a unique notification confirming that your Sims complete the set themselves.

Many more people may not even know that this plaque exists.

Even this fix can't fix retrospective, I want it to be fixed anyway. So, I can use the old save of the same household (before this event) to complete the collection and get a plaque. Then I will upload to the gallery, and give them again in the current save.

I will wait until the event officially ends or prove that they will never fix this.

I'm currently working in a collections save on PC and haven't gotten the last four or five collection plaques. I received the plaque for the Natures Calling event but not the others I have completed since it came out!
