Nature soundscapes wakes sims up. how are we supposed to get them to sleep to it?

I cannot complete the Symphony of Serenity quest. Cannot complete sleep with the nature soundscapes radio station in the same room. My sim keeps waking up. I have changed the radios, the beds, the rooms, repaired, and restarted the game and it still won’t work.
If you have a noise-maker turned on in the same room as a sleeping sim they will wake up immediately.
If you post the exact wording of the quest I may be able to help.The quest is worded like this: “Sleep with the Nature Soundscapes Radio Station in the same room”. I have tried every radio available, changed the bed, changed the room and put a new bed and new radio in that room and still no luck.
