Nature soundscapes wakes sims up. how are we supposed to get them to sleep to it?

The quest is worded like this: “Sleep with the Nature Soundscapes Radio Station in the same room”. I have tried every radio available, changed the bed, changed the room and put a new bed and new radio in that room and still no luck.

The Nature Soundscapes radio station will no longer wake up Sims when they listen to it while sleeping.
