Needs decay too fast/Hard to fill (Patch 1.63.134)

Could you please provide the following information

-  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
-  As far as I know this has been an mod issue in the past.

Hello, no i don't use any mods or cc in my game. And i don't know if it's relevant but i have all the expansion packs

I merged your post with the general thread for fast need decay then.

The social need bar will jump down to halfway even moments after it being filled. Even if you use testingcheats and disable need decay, this still happens. Moodlets also seem to be jumping on and off for no reason.

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
• What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)

No mods/cc. PC.
